Mark William Onesky, P.E.
President and Principal Engineer
Mark Onesky has more than two decades of diversified professional experience in environmental engineering, construction management, and project/program management. After 12 years as an engineer, project manager, program manager, and associate within the consulting and construction professions, he began offering engineering and environmental services on a consulting basis in 1996, and he incorporated Onesky Engineering, Inc. in 1998. Today, as president, he is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and is also the Principal Engineer.
Mr. Onesky’s experience and expertise encompasses environmental, civil, geotechnical and structural engineering, design, inspection and management of industrial, transportation, commercial, and maritime projects for public and private sector clients.
Mr. Onesky has extensive experience in managing multi-task engineering agreements and construction projects. He has served as regulatory liaison for clients, and he has conducted fatal flaw and economic analyses, construction cost estimating and scheduling, value engineering, and value analysis. He also has developed specialized expertise in the investigation, permitting, design, construction, and implementation of soil and groundwater remediation systems and technologies for UST, AST, and brownfield projects. He is also an alternate member of the PADEP Storage Tank Advisory Committee and is a member of the Temple University College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Committee.
